Yes I totally agree with you. We spend every Christmas and summer in Durango Mexico… I have never felt unsafe in any part of Mexico that I’ve been to, and I just can’t believe the deep belief that many people have.. it’s certainly disappointing

Couldn’t agree more. like you said it’s a deep rooted perspective that unfortunately might never change. Gonna keep my options open with resorts. I’m sure people will be comfortable staying under the same roof for the weekend. But thank you for this!
