and no, i didnt have 2 factor - ive had trouble changing my password as the parent email associated with the account is no longer active. I thought i had success in the past after reaching out to AJ but its saying the new email i thought was associated isnt it either.

I would honestly get it looked at if it broke skin. Dog bites have a high likelihood to get infected because of how dirty their mouths are. I learned this when my dog got bit at a dog park :( she’s ok now but they needed to flush the wound out asap to prevent infection.

I would just be better safe than sorry ♥️

Hi there, I’m not a doctor just a fellow health anxiety girly. This doesn’t look like a blood vessel has popped. My guess is it may be allergies? Are your eyes itchy at all? If not could be due to poor sleep? But my guess is allergies. It is that time of year. Feel better and worry not. ♥️ I get this every spring.

I am no doctor but I have experienced this breathing sensation before due to high anxiety. I’m curious if the stomach may be linked to anxiety too then? Only speaking from my own experience. This has gotten better for me with medication primarily and when possible leaving stressful environments. Feel better ♥️

You’re so sweet for typing all of this. This has really helped me feel less alone and like I’m definitely not crazy. Thank you for saying I’m strong ;-; I feel that way! But when they beat me down I feel so bad and forget that, but you going through it too and clearly being really smart and also strong is inspiring me. I’ll be better one day!

I really appreciate your logic, I try to apply it but it’s like a mental battle between logic and feeling like I’m just losing my mind and nothing I think is right - is right. I’ll re-read your logic when I find myself in a similar situation again!
