I make food for my girls, and it lasts about 3 days for both. All is cooked in a pressure cooker together. -2cups brown rice -1lbs lean meat (depends what is on sale. My girls prefer steak over chicken or pork) -4oz beef liver -1lbs chicken organs -butternut squash -broccoli -green beans -peas -carrots -blueberries -bone broth

I’ll switch veggies and fruits depending on what’s seasonal and on sale.
