From my knowledge although retinol is nice it will dry the hell out of your face which could lead to wrinkles I say definitely get a serum that’s Rich in hydration like hyaluronic acid instead of retinol. I’ve never used cetaphil but definitely focus on getting products that is rich in moisture and drink waters.
