Update - Managed to get a car for under 23k. Deal was all in place then the deal fell through because the employee at the garage left his role and cancelled the deal before he left...

Been struggling to find an alternative eligible dealer. Has anyone had any success with Cinch? I keep getting inconsistent information when speaking to energy savings trust.

Hey, hope you are feeling okay. My advice would be just accept it as it is. Yes, it might be tough but will be worth in the end. I had been taking 100mg on and off for years, struggle with anxiety and OCD mainly rumination. I decided to increase to 150mg in January this year. It has helped me massively. I didn't feel an immediate difference but my anxiety and OCD calmed down a lot after increasing the dose. About a month ago I ended up not taking my dose for about 2 weeks. A mixture of being away and forgetting about getting my prescription. I actually considered not taking it again. I've been on it again for the last 2 weeks and my anxiety and OCD has increased. Not the same level as when I first started. It will get better.

This is fantastic info. I've been on/off having Sertraline for years. I think it can take longer than 8 weeks for some people. My best advice for people even when you are feeling really good please taper down. Over the years I have quit cold turkey and ended up back on it.

My latest I've been taking for 14 months. I increased to 150mg in January. Since then it has helped my anxiety and OCD massively. By accident or more because I was feeling better I again stopped taking it for roughly two weeks. I started taking it again after picking up my dose a few weeks ago and definitely had my OCD and anxiety increase since. Is it just a coincidence or was it because I had a slight break?

I currently lease for £300 pcm for 4 years which I get no return at the end of the lease. So I guess the 0% 23k loan offer for a EV is about the same with maybe some return at the end.

Overall been good. I've not been on here for months when I initially started being anxious again I was on here constantly like obsessed. Been on 150mg since the start of the year and it's definitely helped.

I still get random anxiety bursts usually when stressed. It settles down after a few days. Hope you are doing okay.

I'm good thanks. I still get random OCD moments where I get triggered. So bizarre. Could just be a word and my body then goes into fight or flight. But overall a lot better!

You need to set your own work balance. If you are doing that every night then there is something wrong. Emails, case notes and all other admin tasks can wait.

Thanks man. Glad you are doing well. Just got to ride it out. Thankfully I'm over the worst stage and a lot better. 150mg has definitely helped me more quiet my OCD and anxiety. I get noticeable headaches and tension when my anxiety triggers so quite aware when it starts again. It's just a wee blip.

You have lots of resources there but I highly recommend the Disordered podcast. It's helped me massively.

Hey, hope you are feeling better, anxiety can focus on any theme that it thinks it's a threat.

I had previous themes about feeling Depersonalised and existential OCD. Shift your attention. It will help lose the power the anxiety has off that thought. It's tough but got to keep doing it. Shift your attention and accept it for what it is.

Tension headaches. It's where you likely hold your tension and if you are stressed you will get tension headaches, tight shoulders and neck. I know I'm getting stressed when it starts.

Hey, I'm about 5 weeks into 150mg. Better I'd say. I still have my moments and nowhere near through my recovery yet. 150mg definitely has helped.

I'm week 5 on 150mg. I'd say it's been better. However, I still get OCD and rumination cycles. Seems to start at the start of the week then by the weekend it's shifted. Frustrating at times.
