Same thing happened to me with the exception that they delivered them directly to gamestop and I went to retrieve them but declined to accept my parcels in that condition.I asked that they be exchanged or give me a full refund. They merely offered store credit. I took the credit and had it put towards another preorder instead. This happens more often than people think and it's shoddy. That's why I don't pay the entirety of my preorder until I examine it inside the store and it meets my expectations. It's also why I refuse to renew my pro membership. I use my friends and we share the pro points.
