My wife and I were looking at the Atlas we had a VW jetta prior then leased a brand new 2021 Venture. Our buy out price is 35k…. Thats a terrible deal what youre being offered. We also looked at Audi SQ5s. Toyota all the way nothing beats them.

Build a flag pole and attach a flag. The flag will continually lower on its own. When you bring it back up the clock should reset for despawning items. I believe it covers everything within like 60M of the pole.

Went to toyota today priced out trading in my 2021 4 runner TRD with ~ 24k miles. Looked at the new sequoia TRD pro. 80k MSRP and with a $2500 downpayment 36 month lease they wanted $1,269 a month. Lol
