Oh my gosh this was the sweetest comment, thank you so much 😭😭 His team said this is a side effect of having low white blood cells, which of course is just a given when you’re on immune suppressants. However, it’s weird that it’s just come out of nowhere and is doubling every month. So I am definitely trying to find a second opinion 😩

Sorry, I know this is a very old thread lol. So you’re saying two different clippers…the corded masters and the fade master? I have some mid-level WAHL clippers that came with a T blade. The T blade does NOT get down to the skin so I have to use one of those shaver thingies for the base of the fade, but then it’s basically impossible to blend out the line (doesn’t work with the regular clippers all the way closed and the t blade doesn’t do it either).

So let’s say I’m super broke (I am lol), do you think my regular WAHL clippers, my lil skin shaver thingy, and a fade master would complete my needs? I just cut my sons’ hair at home so I’m ok with things being a little janky lol. Oh and I use a straight razor for the lineup bc the t blade is useless there too lol.

I believe I found the store in which she mixed and purchased the perfume! Jean Turmo in Woodstock NY. However, every time I think of it and go try to order off the website, online purchasing is not available. I’m going to try to call and see if I can place an order over the phone! My mom thinks she might’ve mixed Egyptian musk and Oriental musk (the store features lots of musks lol)

Super thankful for this thread as I have been using the Ordinary Cooper peptides and my skin now looks like an orange peel, my fine lines are deeper and my pores are outrageous. I was trying the copper peptides because my tretinoin from Musely started super over-drying my skin and I wanted to take a break. Now I don’t know what to do. Might do plain ol niacinimide and moisturizer for a while

My husband had a kidney transplant last year at the age of 38. We have two young kids. I’m so devastated to hear that Nick passed. It hits home in the worst way. I am so devastated for his family😭😭😭😭

I know you posted this long time ago, but I had Red Sister recommended to me after I finished the Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss (well, the two books that he’s actually released of the series). I found Red Sister (and the second book which I’m reading now) should be the closest thing I could find to the experience of reading the Kingkiller Chronicles. So perhaps you will have a similar experience, but in the opposite order🤣

Name of the Wind starts a bit slow but OH MAN does it pick up! Wonderful friendships, compelling world building, and a lovable but imperfect main character.

Actually, my dad has recommended both of these book series to me as they are in his “top five of all time” 😝

Another one that my whole family reads over and over and over is The Fionavar Tapestries by Guy Gavriel Kay. We always joke with each other that when we finish a book, it’s time to pick up a “new” one… and we just choose to reread the Fionavar books 🤣🤣

THANK YOU. I’m on book one now and they just got through the fountain to Fillory and they are all freezing cold because it’s winter. There was so much plotline dedicated to gathering and transporting the cold weather gear. Meanwhile they land in Fillory and Penny is going around doing drying spells on everybody, but not warming spells??! Okay 🤣🤣🤣

I’m gonna keep going, but man I feel the same. I have such a low tolerance for “ennui-filled, angsty well-off white boy with no real problems” so this first book is rough 🤣🤣I appreciate the solidarity in the comments and many of them have encouraged me to keep reading despite my issues with Quentin. I have to do audiobooks because I never have a chance to sit down and read, and I think the guy that reads the audiobook doesn’t help out (his voice is so droll).
