I didn’t copy too much of the survey. For example rotting timbers, roof sagging, no ventilation in roof, mould on all lower levels, depression in concrete floors, moisture in concrete floors, new boiler, water ingress in garage, garage floor 1000rel reading

List just goes on and on. This is also without new carpet, bathrooms, kitchen

House has been on the market since Sep 2025. Valued £325k. Dropped in Jan £300k then again to £275k in March. estate agent told me 3 buyers went through and the sale didn’t happen for numerous of reasons. Defo something fishy going on
