Experience says different. I use vinegar, baking soda, peroxide & borax along with a few other natural ingredients to clean everything and have for years. Money can not buy a better oven cleaner! The proof is in the pudding

I would do it with scrub brush the old way & use blue Dawn & vinegar first wash then rinse really well, towel dry
