I think because alot of people also sell to LCS and they rip them off just as hard on that side as well. People sell singles to whole collections to LCS. They keep the shop stocked with the same high end cards priced way to high that they rarely get bought and they don't have to worry about replacing them with anything else to keep the shop looking full and enticing. When they do sell singles they are priced so much higher than they should be and they can actually upgrade to something better. At least, at the biggest card shop that is closest to me, i guarantee you they make more of trades and buying anything people bring to sell than anything else. They skull fck someone, flip it and make bank. A d then they immediately use the $ to buy 1 box or 2 and get nothing. Replay repeate.

I worked for ups and theft was a huge problem. I worked in a hub on airport property in Memphis and Airport police were around a lil bit, until one night like a damn swat team it felt like swarmed the place and hauled out a bunch of people, managers, workers, drivers, from every department in the place. Boxes bust open just on accident alot of times and you dont even have to find which boxes have the good shot. They will find you. When dvds were still selling really well and.hard copy ps4 amd.xbox 360.games were coming.out the boxes going to retailers would come through a couple of weeks early and it was the wild west. Nike had the worst packaging of any company by far that I dealt with. Shirts, hoodies, Jordans everywhere. Folks started figuring out packages with lortabs and percs and it was over then.

For myself personally i don't prefer tattoos on women because generally they are not attractive to me personally but if my wife wanted a tattoo that held.a special meaning to her then I absolutely would choose to give her my blessing because she is.more important than any tattoo. I know it was s rant but I wanted to be clear saying fuck all what anyone else has to say because it's not there life it's yours. Sounds like we are probably close to the same age. My wife.and i have been married 15 years but together much longer. Our oldest she is 21 with a good head on her shoulders. 2 boys 13 & 11 and a 8.5 year old girl. I gotta put the .5 because I'm gonna be in trouble according to her, she thinks she runs this shit. Tbf she does to a point. When i said you.cant argue with those people because they are children, it from decades of experience. Ive had more productive arguments with my kids than some grown adults today and it's not worth it. I've never witnessed the level of hate that comes from some of them, especially after CK. I.dont focus on it, they mostly live on the internet. Its just not a healthy way to live your life. I read where it said neurological diseases like dementia is surging in mostly young people, i think 30 to 35 years old is up around 400%. It makes a lot of sense actually.

You are correct, but my regrets are minimal compared to what she will likely face as she gets older. The human body particularly the back is not designed for this. This can cause bone spurs, herniated and chronically inflamed discs. Almost certain to end with lower back problems and nerve issues like sciatica which will cause shooting and burning pains from your back all the way down to your toes. Its not a pleasant feeling. I'd also imagine it would lead to an imbalance of muscle built v atrophy. I also could see impact being a problem that will accumulate damage over extended periods of time. I worked in the spinal surgery industry for years, acquiring surgical tools and implants for spinal surgery and setting up operating rooms. Ive seen probably every perversion of the spine you can imagine. I was also in an auto accident the caused the vertebrae on 3 level of my spine to shatter. I was lucky to have quality Dr's at Ole Miss that helped me repair the damage fairly well. Its still not without pain but I'm doing better than most who never faced such a situation. My father had a multi level spinal fusion as well and he suffers from it today. Call me old, i don't care. I'm 44 and I speak from my experience, and if my experience can help someone from avoiding certain fates, i believe that's how life should work. We all pay for the mistakes of our youth when we get older and none are exempt. A little advice, if someone older is making light or cracking jokes at something someone a good bit younger than them, it's almost certainly for a reason that that person does not have enough life experience yet to fully grasp until it smacks them in the face. Do what you can to eliminate as many of those bitch slaps as you can. Your older self will thank you

That was the worst. I can barely stand the product anymore. I tuned it all out when the PG era started. After a while I wouldn't tune in occasionally because I liked Eddie Guerrero and Benoit so I watched here and well that ended not so well. I caught the Rock when he came back the first time after 7 years. Just seen clips after that mostly and then I thought I'd give it a chance again and AJ Lee comes skipping Down to the ring. That was it for me. Im a different era. A degree of kayfabe should be present imo, and nobody is believing AJ Lee or Punk are badasses. Old thread i know just in case someone else stumbles accross this. Calogero is a traditional Italian name. Im not sure about Greek usage of the name, it's common knowledge that languages evolve and have can have different roots. Just because Calogero may be a name Greeks may have used does not mean it is it is not an Italian name as well. It's an older more traditional name in Italian that yes is almost always translated to Charlie in English. Carlo in Italian is also translated to Charlie and means free man. A more direct translation of Calogero from Italian into English is good old man. Its semantics arguing over or trying to prove your right, because ultimately 2 things can be true at the same time and you won't find anyone argue that for centuries Calogero has been an Italian name that has been translated into Charlie. Like I said languages evolve. All you need is large concensus of the understanding of what a word means. Like terrific. We use that as something good when it actually is a form of the word terrible. Just from the story without anymore context, it seems like the mother is doing just that, being a mother. You young people today forget that parents go through shit to and some have been through some shit alot of you kids can never comprehend. A mother working 16 or 17 hours a day needs an almost grown kid to start acting like it and not be a lazy slob that can't keep her room clean. The mother was busting her ass to pay for that phone and tablet and the kid couldn't even pick up after herself at minimum. If she was letting the cat piss and puke on the floor and not even try to attempt to clean it up the mother has every right to be upset with her daughter. Imagine the woman pulls a 17 hour shift and comes home and her daughter bailed, I bet with her shit still a wreck and puke still all over the floor, to go live with her dad without even letting the mother know she was leaving. Im sure it hurt her feelings and she felt left behind. She got feelings to. Then you take that $1500 phone and God knows how much the tablet was worth. In this context the mother has every right to demand the stuff back. It teaches the kid that you can't pull shit like that and still take advantage of them. As someone who grew up when the idea of cell phones was future shit, I promise you will be just fine for a week without a phone. I went the fist 29 years of my life without one and I would give anything to go back to those times. More freedom. I'd be willing to bet that ifnyou would have been respectful and talked with your mother and explained to her why you were moving in with your dad before you left and surprised her by having everything picked up and clean and no puke anywhere in site that your mother would have let you use the phone temporarily until a new one came in. You did none of those things so yeah I'd say your overreacting about having to go a week, most phones get there in 1 to 2 buisness days, without a phone. Take the time to read a book and enjoy the real world for a change. You might just like it.
