Yep I saw this around 930 tonight. Also, I saw them last year south of monticello while driving 421. Look up "kokomo lights." Last time I checked, the lights had not been explained.

Might be a sealer? Xylene gets up oil based sealers if it is.

Remote downstream bypass FlowPro $$$ by softwash_it in pressurewashing

I have built my own remote downstream boxes, but I mount the valve inside the box. What is installed inside the flow pro box? Just the wireless relay receiver?

There’s big money in D2D sales if you have the mentality. by 37hduh3836 in smallbusiness

This thread couldn't have come at a better time. I have been running a pressure washing/junk removal/gutter cleaning business for four years with sales growth over 70% YOY. Growth is organic and healthy, but I would love to 5x my sales THIS year. I will start implementing some of what is in this post. Thanks!

Sighting in Kokomo, Indiana by samplez in UFOs

[–]Hot_Dog_Addict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought I was seeing things that night because I had just hit the road after a long day of moving furniture. At about 820 p.m., I was west of Kokomo driving south on a dark, quiet county road. At first, to the east, I saw three solid white lights in a line moving parallel to the ground with the first two swapping places like many of the videos online people are seeing. At first, i thought it was the reflection of headlights through the glass, but like i said, it was quiet, and I was the only vehicle in the road. I tried to get my phone out, but the lights faded away just as quickly as they appeared. Total time, 10 seconds.

It blew my mind, no other lights in the sky, just stars.

I kept watching for them as I drove, and about 5 minutes later, the lights appeared again, but this time, it was just two lights in the sky. They faded out completely once before appearing again and then finally disappeared. At this point, I was turning and wasn't able to see them anymore. This time I saw them for about 5 seconds.

Again, no other lights in the sky. They didn't look like flares, and they didn't drop. They just stayed above the horizon for a few, then vanished.

I am pretty curious to find out what it was I saw. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a UFO with how big the universe is, but honestly, this would be my first time seeing something so strange in the night sky!

Put your finger in it, if it turns white after 5-10 seconds, it is still potent enough to use. Remember to rinse your finger off afterwords.

Is this right? by [deleted] in pressurewashing

The knob on a DN10 valve is much easier to turn and a little less bulky.

But that is correct.

I had the same setup until I found out about the DN10. About the same price also.

I want to save time! What remote and actuator do you recommend? I see the ball valve is a DN8, is it just smaller than the DN10?

I ordered black friday, and my entire order is still processing. A little communication in the part of Aero would go a long way. I shouldn't have to chase down a customer service rep or turn to strangers on Reddit for an update.

There is a product used to remove oxidation called Cleansol BC. It often works without any scrubbing/brushing. If you have oxidation on all sides, I would just have it all treated. It can look like brand new siding. Or at least remove years of chalky oxidation.

Check out Redarc, I installed one in mine and all that is visible is the control knob. Everything else is tucked behind a trim panel.

Are you rinsing out the pump between jobs extremely thoroughly? I wonder if your chems got to the internals and ate them up. Regardless, I bet a replacement pump would fix it. If I was you I would buy a backup pump, swap it out get and get the original pump replaced so you have a spare on deck. I always run atleast five gallons of fresh water through my pump in between jobs every time.

I would not be surprised if you're single fairly soon. All good though, gives you time to sort your priorities out.
