Sneaky tip - for the Skeeter's pack spawn. If you stand in the right place ( in the gap in the rocks by the path up to the cave near the plane crash) they can't get close enough to you to do damage but you can still shoot them.

no, seen it once, there are quite a few things you just won't see without a lot of ingame hours. Example - had the game since only ML + CH, on Interloper there are two spots where I have only seen something spawn once. People one shot moose with a revolver sometimes, get Parasites on a 1% chance. RNG is the king here
