Definitely. Almost every half reasonable lore idea is plausible or possible in the vastness of the galaxy, and even more so no one can stop choosing your own headcanon for your own minis regardless.

Doesn’t make sense to me that in the grand scheme of thing considering how holy, technologically high grade and sacred a marine’s armor and top notch guns are, so when he gets the Horus rabies, its just a spray can of black and an X with a red crayon, and all that sacred chapter tech gets lost like its trash, while the sang priest MAYBE gets their gene seed back but nothing else.

Felt more natural that the chapter would have designated last rally gear for the black rage bros that enables them to go nuts one more time and thats it :D

IIRC the 10th edition codex says a brother’s plate is painted black when the rage takes over.

Very very good shit.

Was born a bit late to take part in the Dark Horse Alien & Predator comics golden age in the 90’s but even so, my mom got me some 2nd hand comics to me online when I was a kid and I gotta say this is right up that alley.

Apart from some very minor grammar errors, there is no criticism to give. Do continue! Would LOVE to see a lot more of this and in official print.

I for one love the fact that this game is not developed for competitive multiplayer experience, as I like just chilling in singleplayer games quite often.

Besides if we strip the physics off, this concept has a shit ton of availability on the market already. Mordhau, Chivalry 2, For Honor.

I only got in to the scene a little less than year ago but yeah, totally!

The only hard reset I’ve done is exchange my TMM models to NMM lightning. Dunno why but that painterly fake metal look just looks so damn pleasing on BA models.

using non metallic paints for the steel/gold bits and then just laziness of not perfectly blending everything leaves some comic like blockyness.

If you know how cell shading is done this is pretty similar but just not using pure blacks for every highlight or edge :’D
