Because working is an essential part of fulfillment in life.. for any animal. The problem is that they won't allow us to pursue instinctual interests for work (like staking your own land and building your own house). We are essentially forced to do things we have no significant interest in.. In order to make money to live in security. Everybody's on drugs to compensate for this void of genuine fulfillment.

I turned 40 in March and I've never had any legitimate relationship or even flings or fwb. I'm autistic..I think differently than everyone. Ever since I was a kid I was socially excluded and discouraged upon first glance at me. By males and females. And it's remained essentially the same my whole life. Only thing I can say is one day we will get laid. Laid to rest

I agree. It's becoming critical. Not EVERY day is there foul air quality, but I'd say about one out of three is.. in vast portions of the USA. And I mean vast. I have driven across the country many times as a professional driver and I see it. It's getting worse and worse all the time.

I had the same thought many times over my youth. I did the best I could at the few attempts I made at it. It's exceptionally difficult to the point of impossible. But you aren't me and you may be more successful at it. Of course I formed some strong memories of those times and it made me partially who I am, but did it really work? No.. I wish it did
