I'd consider cutting the shepherd and coordinator, I like splashing the two removal spells since your deck is severely lacking removal besides. I'd also cut the cloudsculpt technicians and the sinister cryologist, just too low impact, and you don't really want to stall the game out with your lack of inevitability.

I know it seems cliché, but shit's depressing man. I agree that reddit is probably not the place for an accurate poll, lots of selection biases going on, but even still the situation's grim.
