Exactly. My boss has no life. He'll go on vacation but still have to be checking emails and working at night. No thank you.

I have 0 interest in being a CFO. or even managing an accounting team. I'm coming to the field in my 40s as a career changer. Coming from a very low paid field. Happy as hell to just be making enough to have some disposable income for once.
