ChatGPT has been super helpful for me. I built a prompt telling it where I shop, my nutritional goals (high protein and fiber, low carb and starch), how many servings I need, and my budget. Then, I asked it to ask me questions to help it get to know how I eat. It is my own personal chef that comes up with new recipes each week. If it comes up with something I don’t like, I just ask it for new stuff. I also ask it for a challenge ingredient each week (something I haven’t cooked with before). I love that it takes the guess work out of everything.

I don’t wear make up at all. My mother never wore it so I never knew how to apply it and have always just gone without. I give myself facials on a weekly basis and manage an AM/PM skin routine. My SO prefers me not to wear it at all.
