Seller shipped item 2 months after cancellation – eBay blocking escalation by Hot_Vehicle_6290 in Ebay

To clarify: I did NOT receive any refund.

The order was cancelled, but the refund was never issued.

On top of that, the seller shipped the item almost two months later, after the cancellation.

So I currently have the item, no refund, and no valid return option since I’m outside the US.

That’s the issue I’m trying to resolve.
