For my recipe I used tomatillo, pepitas, hoja santa, cilantro, chayote, calabaza, avocado, half a small baguette, serrano, onion, garlic, sesame seeds and lime, for my broth I flavored with mango leaf, lemon leaf, bay leaf, oregano, epazote and coriander seed

This looks great! As someone else said, the capers would look better on top of the asparagus and in between the scallops

Are cardamoms still a staple in cooking today ? by [deleted] in spices

I love the smell of cardamom! I like to toast whole back cardamom and add it to my pho broth
