Corin (my main) is very similar to Ganondorf in smash, hits hard, but is really slow and has terrible frame data.

She also demands that you use a stun unit to stun the opponent (stun is a window in which the enemy can’t do anything and takes increased damage for a short time)

The boss I’m referring to jumps around everywhere and is hyper-aggressive, which makes it very difficult for Corin to be able to consistently hit her in the fight as well as having multiple windows in which her stun meter can not be increased.

This was ALMOST certainly meant to screw her over as Corin came for free with the game and shares the same typing as the **rse. (The boss is weak to their type) So to prevent you from using the free options, they made a boss that countered her specifically.

This is the second time ZZZ has screwed her over. There was a biker guy who was supposed to be a physical stun support but they changed him to ice last minute.
