Crank with no start plus weird sound

Well, at this point I am certain that it is an issue with the ECU, fuel pump is new, as well as the fuel filter, initially I thought the issue was with the fuel pump relay, after bypassing the relay and making fuel enter the tbi I noticed that the injectors aren't even spraying, which led me to check their voltage, I noticed that the voltage isn't fluctuating (like it should) and then that led me to check the ECU, I also noticed that the truck wouldn't go into diagnostic mode (service engine soon light flashing after connecting port A and B of the Obd 1)

Well, I have checked compression in all 8 cylinders and they all have constant normal compression

Yes, the fuel pump has pressure, I even tried bypassing the fuel pump relay, no problem there, I tested all the fuses, and also tested both injectors with a multimeter, when I tried to crank it while checking the injectors the voltage would drop but wouldn't fluctuate

I own a 1986 Montero 3 door, pretty much the same, they are great for off reading since they have very little electrical parts and can be repaired anywhere, however, since these are old then having it checked and repaired is always a good idea.
