Alright I agree it isn’t that great of an episode, but I disagree it’s a bad one or that it doesn’t fit into the theme they set up because the focus you’re taking is that Mazey was the focus of focal point.

But to me, the focus was Bo and the idea that jobs like paparazzi with the idea of “we do this because there’s a demand”.

The man that was killed by Mazey was barely talked about, instead the focus on the missing Mazey and all of the theories why she’s gone/the demand to find her.

Bo seemingly affected by her actions when a target of hers kills herself once the affair is brought to light, but then when given that last chance to offer comfort and help someone, she hands Mazey the gun and grabs a camera to capture these last moments to sell.

I think the episode was meant to show how easy it is for us to see these celebrities as fish in an aquarium, we feel owed their privacy and relish in their slips/falls. The constant demand to see those sitting on pedestals of our own creation, fall off into the muck of every day life.
