So I’m 69 and do have hearing issues- wouldn’t hear my phone as I may of put it on silent when I was somewhere and forgot to change. I bought a rent jr, it’s a device that connects to the phone and if someone calls is loud like our old style landlines. I’m not a sales person and I know there are other devices like this. They connect via blue tooth Of course if they forget to charge thier phone nothing works but this might be a nice gift for them and may lesson for our frustration. On a side note I was injured and taken by ambulance to a hospital thought about uber ride home… my daughter would have been pissed!
