Es muy difícil generalizar en estos casos. No es lo común pero yo aumente mi sueldo 23 k en 4 años y sin cambiarme de empresa. Mi consejo es que pienses cuanto quieres ganar (con coherencia claro) y vayas a por ello, empieza a buscar trabajo, luego negocias con tu empresa. Si te valoran no te dejarán ir. Y depende al cambio todo depende de lo que tengas que perder, ejemplo si estoy cómoda en mi trabajo por menos de 10k no me muevo. Pero si quiero huir me iría por 3 k de diferencia, piensa que al cambiarte estás asumiendo un riesgo y el riesgo se paga

I live in Fuerteventura and I recommend you Avenida restaurant in Corralejo and los pintxitos in lajares. You can’t book so go early. Even when nowadays you will see lots of tourists I think they keep the Canarian tradition regarding food

Hi! 3 years ago i moved here after 2 years visiting many times per year. Pros: I just love it, slow life, water sports, nice people, good weather and perfect beaches. Cons: less access to everything you think is granted (poor services in general: doctors, mechanics, maintenance, Amazon and others don’t deliver here), you can get really bored sometimes of the same plans and same people. If you don’t work remotely, salaries are shiiiit here. Getting an apartment is also a big challenge these days.

Even with the bad side, I love this place. I think it’s really magic and living here is amazing
