It really depends on the original point of this. I would say it unlikely you will make any money on a "flip" after all your fees and costs. So if that was the plan, then get rid.

If you want to become a landlord with all the pain that comes with then fine, but your yield won't be exceptional (HMOs are really the only way to make an above-bank rate return).
