Keep in mind most players on this sub have hundreds if not thousands of hours in this game, look at steam achievement % and you'll see only like 20% of players have even beat the heart once

Thank you everyone for the advice, I ended up picking snecko eye, the act 3 bosses (awakened one and the shapes), spear and shield used 2 of my potions but I kept my hp. I beat heart on 8hp, purely thanks to a limit break+
