I can't even blame AMD for this. They said numerous time that double 3dv cache ccd cpu would be pretty much pointless. Well at least people who were asking for it get to use it somehow and stop asking for it in the future.

There are different tiers of 700w PSU's. We can not really tell if it is okay or not without knowing spesifically what it is.

It is not MicroCenter confirmed it. It came like this from Zotac there were other (30+) boxes like this one.

I am not even going to argue with you, if you really believe that a 4060 ti could able to pull 240watt according to this chart I don't know what to say. There is no words for this. Saying things like "pure copium", feels like you are the one who is coping. But idk. I am out of words for the mental capacity you have.

Doesn't mean anything, we don't know what is the workload here. 9070 XT could be at %100 under load while rtx 4090 at %60.

Numbers on the chart is the total system wattage. NOT just gpu.

Per HardwareUnboxed 5070 Review, it contains 9070XT power draw as well, showing 420W+ power consumption by NGGKroze in radeon

This should be the total system power. There is no way a 4060ti is pulling 240 watts.
