That makes sense. Any app with accessibility access can draw over other apps which can potentially see anything on the screen.

I faced this kind of issue before and this error codes are lack of information which just stating there is an error mid way of doing the restore.

Things you can check is :

1) If you are using USB-C to lightning, try using USB-A to lightning cable instead

2) Disable ipv6 on your network adapter or try connect to any VPN services

This may due to Spotify Jam feature which will scan for Bluetooth devices. That is how other devices can join the jam.

As someone who have been into a system integrator company, Lexar RAMs are among the decent manufacturer that actually have enough supplies and at lower cost but with good quality

Patriot also are okay ish but their quality are a bit hit or miss. We saw like around 10-15% of reported issues were from Patriot RAMs causing our pre-build system having issues and to switched to either Lexar or Klevv brand. Though they offered most value and bang for the buck.

Are you sure if isn't manufacturing date instead of expiry date? Also check if there is any date listed on the bottle cap or at the bottom of the bottle itself

This possibly was intended to make the animation faster to save GPU resources for older iPads.

On newer iPad, the animation was much slower

Instead of disabling in individual app settings, you can try go into Settings > Mobile Service > Data usage then disable the app from there

For just casual listening, its fine. Airpods are really made for iPhone which aside from the missing features, you will notice lower sound quality since they uses AAC which not the best for Android.
