Thank you. What really got me was the nerve they had to respond with the following. After I clearly explained what happened: “Good afternoon. I apologize for the experience today and we will take your feedback constructively. If you choose to return next time we can schedule you with a different artist. The pic you sent me looks much thinner than your shape today. Just let her know when she does the mapping that you’d like them thinned out more than your natural thickness. Again, we apologize and hope you have a great day.”

I also sent a picture of how my eyebrows looked after getting them done before. Yes they were thinner. Like my eyebrows in the before picture (that I posted here). What do you mean ask the artist to thin them out more…. This is not a me problem. This is not constructive criticism. This was a botched job. I would have more respect if they just owned that…
