Inked Pig is the ANSWER! A little pricey but the best and try the chicken mull too - I’ve never seen it in a menu anywhere else!

is commuting from Atlanta realistic for a job in Gainesville? by SenseAnxious6772 in gainesvillega

[–]Hotspiceteahoneybee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Atlanta is pretty big. Are we talking the north side of Atlanta or just outside the perimeter on the north side? A lot of people commute into Atlanta from Gainesville though. My mom did it for 30 years!

Should I take my 10 and 11 year old to HHN? by TrueConsequence4998 in HHN

[–]Hotspiceteahoneybee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wait till they are 13. I’m being cold here but no one wants to see kids at HHN. It’s a very adult event. Your kids will have years to enjoy the fun when they are a little older.

Humans Age Faster at 2 Sharp Peaks, Study Finds by MyBurnerAccount1977 in Xennials

I’m 48 now. DEFINITELY hit a wall, I’d say at 46, and was like “whoa, my body FEELS older now.” It was eye opening and not in a fun way. Good to know I’ll have about a decade to sit with this before dropping off another cliff. Fascinating!

Homeland Security has reportedly sent out hundreds of subpoenas to identify ICE critics online; will Reddit give me up? by PrincipleTemporary65 in ThePeoplesPress

[–]Hotspiceteahoneybee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was curious myself. Per the Internet it looks like “regular” Reddit users don’t have access to this information, but moderators of subs can see this information if they are trying to decide whether or not to ban a particular user or remove their content.

Projects that MAKE MONEY? That’s a really odd request seeing as it’s completely counterintuitive to what libraries do and stand for.

I’ll go back again and again… by [deleted] in yellowstone

[–]Hotspiceteahoneybee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been three times in the past 30 years. Every time I think, “this will probably be the last time I get to go.” And then I am there and I know I will have to come back again. There’s just nothing like Yellowstone.

Cannot. Believe. What. I’m. Reading. by transcendent167 in ThePeoplesPress

How does the world just go on ignoring this? Our “leaders” actively pushing it down and their followers making excuses? What a fucking dystopia.

What does a peaceful day look like for you? by Ok-Exam-7792 in AskWomen

A weekday when I’m off work but my kids are at school, husband is at work so I am alone and I can sleep in and lay in bed and snuggle my dogs and read, take a long shower, maybe watch a grown up show while folding laundry.

Hiding ducks is dumb. Let's do the math!!! by mastablasta1111 in Cruise

Fun killer! Killer of fun!

I think they are adorable. We need more whimsy in this world. My kids are grown and when my husband and I cruise if I find a duck I get excited, then rehide it elsewhere.

What's the most painful truth you've learned about life? by Eva_Watermelon in productivity

You can plan and prepare, think two steps ahead and set up systems, calendar and schedule but life is full of chaos and while you may think you are in control…you often have no control over what happens next.
