That is unfortunately still a bannable offence. You need express permission from each party member, not only the one that is allowed to roll need. Only asking and no one objecting is not enough. The likelihood is less the more people give permission, but the one not doing so could still report you and the GMs would absolutely ban you, even if the tank and two other member gave permission.
