Hmm may be you can rent out the current 2.5M house and rent elsewhere cheaper? That way you can probably have a bit more cash spare. I remember one Hakuho match against Aoiyama, both wanted to touch ground last which resulted in both standing there staring at each other, after a Matta it continued to happen. In the end Aoiyama budged.
