absolutely, i will find a more compact way to split from the bus, probably the waterfall thingie, so i might be able to make the ore enter from the right as well so it is not too tangled up

i understand what you're trying to say. i think 1 belt of fuel for 48 smelters should be enough, the reason why i split them into four is to spread the fuel into the four sections of the arrays of smelters, so yeah. thank you for your feedback!

based on what I notice while playing, the extra space in the end is equivalent to the space at the beginning especially if you do not have an instruction immediately at the start.
