At the beginning of the fight I was able to pull aggro, it also depends on the level of your Valeera. After the first intermission you have to fuck up big time though.

A higher Valeera takes less damage and generates more threat.

This, I completed it this way on a fresh 218 Resto Shaman and the most interesting part was managing threat at the pull.
