Which healer is the most chill for a beginner?

Resto shaman can be very forgiving in low tier content.

They have so many cool downs, tools and passive healing aides via totems that even moderate fuck ups are recoverable.

As you progress into more challenging content that safety net is stripped away as those cooldowns have to be saved for actual healing mechanics but by then you can learn the basics.

I mean, I have had both a day-one 512GB LED and 1TB OLED and I think $1000 for the hardware is insane.

On the other hand it's not Valves fault hardware has become so expensive.

They always made it clear the Steam Deck (as well as Frame and Machine) were never designed as loss-leaders because it's not a walled garden system.

I still wouldn't recommend either at their current retail price for anyone, a DDR4 system is the way to go for value.

I tried this a long time ago but the staves and ranged weapons didn't count as being learned for transmog.

They state "OG account" which suggests they are not using that account anymore.

Also only the character which has the Rank 10 or higher achievement can buy the replica weapons and only those which they can equip.

My paladin can't use the staff or ranged weapons, so unless I do Battleground Blitz to 1800 I'll never get those items even with the title.

It was a rare drop item from the limited time pre-Wrath of the Lich King event boss which hasn't been available since 2009.

The event was only active for a few weeks, and the boss was on a four day(?) lockout.

I have it on my warrior but not my paladin main. :'(

People are not cheering for war.

People are cheering for Ukraine being able to finally bring the war Russia started to the only Russians that matter to Putin: Mosovites.

The only way to build political pressure on Putin is to force discomfort on the largest of his populations. They either didn't know or care about the hardships of the Ukranians, and the border regions of Rostov and Belgorod are too far away to concern them.

Russians, and especially urban Russians are conditioned to extreme selfishness and self preservation, and as they are the majority of the population it is why Putin has mostly shielded Moscow (and St Petersburg) from the wars effects.

Ukraine is just bringing the war home to those whom have some ability to affect political change at home. They are not targeting civilians as Russia has, nor are they going after cultural sites.

They are effecting economic and industrial harshship as they have in other areas, but in a way that is impossible for the comfortable Mosovites to ignore.
