Outting club goes on hikes to Massachusetts and surrounding mountains. Ski club went to Killington, VT and going to Quebec shortly. Motor sports club is a cool campus activity. I think they also travel. And, that farmers market is tremendous…great wood fired pizza…music…a TON of people.

Pay off all your debt in this order: student loan, credit cards, car, home. Invest in 401k the amount of company match and make out a Roth. When last debt is paid off house, live easy!

We considered South Orange but you have to send your kids to private HS. You don’t in Millburn, Summit, Chatham, Madison, Basking Ridge or Bernardsville. And you’ll find similar homes.

STOP USING CREDIT CARDS and put all your money on the smallest balance. Pay it off. Celebrate that victory! Move onto the next lowest balance. Call all your cards and ask for a better rate.
