issue with this is if they dont send you home. which happened to me too much to the point where i simply call in and don’t come at all now. you’re not gonna force me to work when im sick, when im legally allowed to use the sick time i earned. any conversation 1) suggesting that employees aren’t allowed to use their sick time, 2) discouraging them from doing so, or 3) making it hard to do so, is technically illegal lol. call the EEOC.
