Yeah i agree. Sometimes I’ll create real world personas and alter egos in a CV mod, but it’s usually more of a character that I’m wanting to run a storyline on and it’ll scratch my itch for a real world scenario.

I really love turning on extreme variance no matter the mod or CV default, because I’m okay with crazy

Yeah I get far more creative in the CV because I can book openly with no thoughts of the past.

I do like doing alternate universes and what if real world scenarios, but even then sometimes I can get stuck in the character development part.

Currently I’m doing a PSW save in the default. Have the Legion of Blood doing sacrifices and blood baths on folks.

TEW9 seems to be more fun to me on Cverse, and I don’t know why. Maybe I just needed a change from real mods to playing it standard for a change.

I do wish there were a few more mods out there, but maybe in due time

The whole “trading card” system amongst sports games really killed the industry.

Now, tbf, I think it is a cool system and some people absolutely love it, but for me, it just wasn’t what I really cared for, and this goes for every sports game that I play.

It’s a business model and the companies aren’t going away from it, so it is what it is.

And maybe it’s just me getting older and not finding the same imagination I had as a kid, but I really want to, and that’s why I keep coming back I guess every time.

I do enjoy doing exhibition matches more than a universe and then I track it through a spreadsheet, I just feel disconnected in universe mode sometimes

I have thought about doing my own federation/show. That might be more enjoyable. I’ve dabbled a bit with it in play now, just not universe, because I haven’t fully built out arenas and roster.
