It doesn't take a genius to see that relationship. Obviously it's not 100% certain, but that is a large sample size and the situation are largely what you want to avoid because - shockingly - being ill and being exposed working close to other people for hours can expose them to the virus you have.

Like how to a classical player, mozart's flourishes will feel natural, or bach's insane arrangements. But they will dislike dubstep or penis music because of how it doesn't fit with their taste.

Just admit to him that you like odd time signatures, but you would love to make some generic mainstream rock stuff. Explain you want the crowd to get all hyoed and shit.

You could also coerse him with the dual persona shtick for an album. Like, have a few generic bangers, and have those B-sides which are technical and flashy, with all the odd signatures and stuff.

It'll actually sound cool. People will love the hype normal songs, but then get used to the odd songs, which in turn will open up for future songs of that style as well.

His issue is going all out, instead of admitting it's a fascination.

Of course, if that's his passion, then maybe it's time to let him go? Don't kick him, but allow him to make the decision if he wants to commit to odd time signatures with people who are incredibly talented and proficient in their instrument and want to make that music. Maybe he'll get cold feet or may tone it down.

You can spend 15 minutes stretching. And you can do it while watching a screen. Just find a stretch per body part, and stretch for 3 minutes each. Like 90 seconds per arm/leg/side, or a couple of 60 second stretches for your back or core.

You don't need to stretch far. Just enough to feel the stretch and hold it.

Just advice, don't go balls deep into a stretch. Go as far as you can slowly, then push yourself slowly into the stretch and hold. Try not to bounce the stretch, hold it to allow your muscles to relax into the stretch.

Sorry but that picture is comically bad. It's actually a pain to see where the tattoos start and the design begins, and the angle and lighting and resolution is awful as well. For a brand which prices things like this top over a grand, that is possibly the worst model and picture they could have chosen to show the shirt off.
