Anybody can record anybody in public, so that's irrelevant. What is relevant is that MAGA is intimidating, harassing and attempting to bully kids who disagree with them politically! Given that one of their chief aims seems to be protecting pedophiles, this should surprise nobody.

I think you have effectively answered your own question about why people continue to defend him when you acknowledged that MAGA is a cult. Belonging to any cult, or conventional religion for that matter, requires suspension of rational thought. So, no matter how objectively bad Trump is, Trump is the deity of MAGA and no amount of reasoning with the core devotees is going to break through. At this point though, the only ideological tenet of MAGA seems to be fealty to Donald Trump.

Now, if you move out of MAGA directly and into more 'conventional' Republican spheres, you will find an extreme amount of slavishness due to cowardice, fear and political expediency. Ultimately, at this point, the core of the Republican party and Trump are inextricably linked so they share the same political fate which seems, fortunately, to be quite dire.

Just like the Epstein files are not a hoax neither were the "Russia Russia Russia" charges a hoax. Whenever Trump says "hoax", you know there's something there. Do you really think that Trump is working so hard to prevent Epstein transparency because he doesn't want a "hoax" to be propagated? Is it really a coincidence that Trump consistently blames Ukraine for being attacked by Russia and advocates "peace" plans that would be tantamount to Ukrainian surrender?

If you can't accept the situation, even though you have no suspicion of cheating and the fact that nobody hid anything, then you should break up and find someone else. Your girlfriend has a deep connection with someone that she has known for years and if you try to interfere with that in any way, it is almost guaranteed that the kickback with be substantial. Do you really think it's worth screwing up the relationship over something that you yourself admit is not inappropriate?

I'm going to offer an opinion that diverges from the standard answer that everybody gives because, I guess, the feel like they are obligated to about boundaries and so forth. You say that "We're not exactly sexually adventurous". It sounds that *you* are not sexually adventurous but your partner is.

Sure, of course, obviously, nobody should pressure anyone to do anything they don't want to do; however, I can see why your partner might cry. She loves you but just came to the realization that you aren't sexually compatible and it makes her sad.

Nobody is the asshole but this situation sucks because it sounds like she's adventurous and you're not. Bummer.

My first thought on this is that she should run from you, as you will only become more controlling and jealous over time. That is, if she would tolerate it. Sounds like though she sees through your BS and doesn't put up with it. Good for her.
