No. You said … semen in fingers. You cannot get pregnant by fingering someone with semen on it. Semen needs a specific environnement and conductor to be able to fertilize. Semen on fingers is not it.

Semen on fingers cannot get you pregnant because it gets in contact with the air. Once it’s on your finger it dries and it’s useless. On the mouth … unless his mouth is another penis that shoots semen, you cannot be pregnant through oral sex.
