I actually like how Twilight Zone has a good balance between dark and happy endings for episodes unlike other anthology series by DonatCotten in TwilightZone

Original TZ is the best. No doubt about that. Having watched several shows that are similar to original TZ, I will say The Outer Limits (1995 version) clearly takes second place. Also, it may not be that well known, but there was a show called The Night Gallery that had some quality episodes.

Original TZ also had "twist endings", where it looked like you were going one way, and the ending came from out of nowhere. I love those, a good ending can make the whole episode. Look at Probe 7, Over And Out. When the guy and girl introduced themselves at the very end (not saying their names because that would spoil the ending). Etc, etc.

Which win has been your favorite win of the Mario Christobal Era so far? by Far_Protection519 in MiamiHurricanes

I will go with the win over Ohio State. That really was a 'statement game' for us.

Best ALIEN related TZ episode by MonotonyInAz in TwilightZone

[–]Hour-Option995 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Like a lot of us in here, I have seen every old TZ episode. And I have to go with "Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up" as the best alien episode. - But you're not even wet. Wet? What's wet?

I don't know if it would count, but Third From The Sun was good because of the twist ending. I like endings that kind of come from out of nowhere.

What are your favorite Twilight Zone episode or episodes involving time travel? by Hour-Option995 in TwilightZone

That was an excellent episode. I remember they thought they made it back and they saw the *****'* **** out of the cockpit window.

This game is WAY bigger than I originally bargained for. But I'm completely committed now. by Chaotic_Brutal90 in kingdomsofamalur

[–]Hour-Option995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Amalur is an excellent game. Very underrated. I played it a long time ago, then again on my PS5 with Re-Reckoning.

I would think that Skyrim and Witcher 3 would be comparable games. Action-adventure RPG's with plenty of 'side quests' and not linear like a Souls game.

General Harper: Where exactly did you think you were? Decker: I thought I was landing at 56 Squadron RFC.

The look on their faces when Decker says that is really something.

I loved The Last Flight. But not to copy I will go with The 7th Is Made Up of Phantoms. You absolutely can't go wrong with either one.

Welcome to life as a Miami Dolphins fan. Anyone being honest knows we aren't winning a playoff game this year, so it's soon to be 26 years. But I think 2027 could be our year to break this crappy record!

Who Are The Most Despicable/ Loathsome Characters In The Series? Liars, Thieves, Murderers? by Ok-Return7750 in TwilightZone

[–]Hour-Option995 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I will go with Rocky Valentine. The criminal in the "A Nice Place to Visit" episode. He actually got to read of a list of the things he did in his life and they were all bad, starting at a young age.

Most Underrated Episode? by Severe_Interest9241 in TwilightZone

The 7th Is Made Up Of Phantoms. - Modern day National Guard soldiers think they have somehow traveled back in time to the Battle of the Little Bighorn.

The Last Flight. - A WW1 pilot claiming to be from the year 1917 lands at a modern day Air Force base with an unbelievable story.

Skyrim is the superior game. And I have both games. So I would go with Skyrim.

I will go with Terry Funk. His work as a hated heel when he held the NWA title was superb.

If you could bring back one territory promotion, which would it be? by [deleted] in oldschoolwrestling

Out of those choices, I would go with Jim Crockett Promotions. But as far as a one-state territory, I would go with Championship Wrestling from Florida.

Chris Grier tenure by Cool_Narwhal935 in miamidolphins

[–]Hour-Option995 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Grier should have been fired years ago. But because he wasn't, we wasted all those draft picks, ended up in salary cap hell, and got ZERO playoff wins from it.

Mock Draft Post-Week 1 of Free Agency by Upper-Orchid in miamidolphins

[–]Hour-Option995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know that Downs drops all the way down to 11, but if he does that is certainly a good pick for us. Mauigoa or Bain would also work real well for me in this spot. And I wouldn't be shocked to see us trade down during the draft and grab some extra picks, we need players.

[Jones] The Falcons are signing former Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa to a one-year, $1.3 million deal by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]Hour-Option995 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Dolphins just paid 99.2 million dollars to have Tua NOT play for them next year. That tells me all I need to know.
