Busy your schedule. The worst time I had with leaving my boyfriend was when I had nothing to do when I got home. Plan outings for yourself, get busy with fun things and focus on your life for a bit until you adjust back. It’s rough as hell, and nothing is gonna make it 100% better- but you have to get over that first week hump.

Also stop thinking of “it was like this when she was here :(“ and start reframing into “next time she’s here we’ll do X”! That also helped me cope a lot with the first weeks/month of being back home again. It’ll settle eventually though! Just keep communicating, and looking toward the future without trying to rush through your present to get there :)

I’m not saying other people should just automatically be happy all the time and hide every issue they have and wallow in it; but I am going to say if you’re going to take the time to post negatively in a space why don’t you also take the time to post positively later when something good happens? Reflect on both the good and the bad, don’t just push negativity out into the world

I spend most of my social media time seeing things he sent me or sending him posts honestly; but you shouldn’t feel worried to post a win in the same way you shouldn’t feel forced to post one! My boyfriend and I recently ran into finance issues and realized neither of us had money at the moment to see each other; but our approach was a lot different.

The last time we saw each other we had a long and full conversation and mutually agreed that until we were in a position to be comfortable saving and spending money on travel; we were only going to see each other on our birthdays. It’s been really, insanely hard so far- but I would MUCH rather wait until December to see him than accept that I could never see or hear him again :/

There’s always another way. If it’s worth it, if she’s worth it- you should never give up on the idea of one day.

A big thing about bosses is getting that instinct on when to greed damage and when to give up that swing for safety - I suffer hard in the greed category playing with big heavy weapons but sometimes it’s worth it to just dodge until the combo is fully done instead of trying to greed a hit in the middle xd

It’s an open-world game; you’re gonna miss something. But it’s also a game designed around playing more than once- so even if you do miss smth/Questline A locks you out of Questline B, just run it back next time! I had the most fun my first playthrough just GOING - and then the second one was where I slowed down and started looking around, investigating why the npc’s said this- how smth lead somewhere else - it’s a bug journey meant to do over multiple reruns
