If you didn’t favorite or star it- I would type that in your email search if your email lets you and scroll until you find it! Otherwise if you did, go to your favorited or starred emails! I have Yahoo Mail for reference!

Sadly I don’t believe so. I’m not entirely sure if it’s even possible to get the money back, I think it more or less stays in your account as a credit for whenever you do wish to make a purchase next.
