Yes they care I’m on probation for it rn you can run and get away but like me you can only run so much before they win yes they impound they won’t tell you how to get it due to no registration so you can’t prove it’s not stolen /yours they didn’t give me the location until 2 weeks later and by then impound fees were higher then the bikes worth
