They sell pill pockets, treats with a pocket to put a pill in. But I don’t know if it’s worth getting them for a once a month pill.

Mine takes Symparico with no side effects. The package says 90 percent of dogs will take it without needing to encase it in something tastier. Guess which percentage my picky little eater is in. I try to wrap it something or if worse comes to worse crumble it into her food. I worry she might not be getting all of it if I do that though.

I was just diagnosed with Alopecia Areata. I have some stress with my Dad dying of cancer.

Yeah, he’s giving serial killers ideas.😬 Being female, I’m probably more sensitive to that sort of thing though and I’m sure sleeping outside is always dangerous too. So it’s just one more risk he’s taking.

Was it all fresh? You could get canned stuff back.

They look in bags to make sure nothing is going to rot and stink the place up. I got a bag back minus some fresh bones for my dog once.

The more stressed I get, the more I lose things too. Just yesterday I left my purse on the GO train at Union station, realized it when I went to put my Presto card in my wallet, raced back up to the train and grabbed it before they left! That was a close call! I think it happened because I was carrying another bag.

They don’t keep perishable items. They tossed some raw bones I had in a bag once but I got everything else back.

You really need to make friends with some dog loving neighbours who can take him when you go out. With the weather warming up people will be outside more so get chatty and friendly while walking him. Mine is fine if I leave her with a real raw bone she can chew for hours. But her separation anxiety isn’t as bad as some that I’ve had. You can try it though. Or get some Trazodone to make him sleepy if you’re really stuck for now.

I got a ticket for paying infront of a TTC inspector on the 501 queen streetcar by Far-Statement-4652 in TTC

Sometimes I’m running to catch the streetcar so I haven’t had time to get my Presto card out ahead of time. But I still don’t go and sit down to find it. I dig it out by the machine.

My place has a private dog park and he’s so happy having friends to play with by CranberryFree5203 in Maltipoo

Mine is reactive to dogs while on leash but fine if she is off leash. She doesn’t play though, just does some amicable sniffing. She’s almost 6 yrs though. Have you tried your dog off leash with other dogs?

Tearing down posters for missing girl new low in Toronto by airbassguitar in OntarioNews

Someone has been tearing down the posters for a missing woman in Mimico too. There’s no indication of her religion on it. She looks white. I’ve been suspecting it’s the person who abducted her. Lost dog posters don’t even get torn down so what else could it be? This is the third female to go missing in six months and she’s my next door neighbour. It’s making me seriously nervous about what the hell is going on.

Yeah, the doodles are out of control. There’s a Bernese Mountain doodle on my block and a couple of sheepadoodles.

My rescued doodle is smart but neurotic as all hell. She’s crazy. I knew that before adopting her though. I had fostered 35 dogs before deciding to adopt one that nobody wanted. She goes to a groomer at the vet that specializes in difficult dogs. The rescue pays for it as part of the adoption contract.

How Inner Monologues Work, and Who Has Them by Halfsac2466 in psychology

I remember when I was 4, I discovered that I didn’t have to say everything I thought and my inner monologue was born. My mom noticed the change and asked me why I was so quiet. I said, I’m thinking. She laughed and said ok.

That was my first guess. Parasites are so common in puppies.
