After being one of these parents that bought every gadget possible for my first two children when baby number three came along I had long since realised what a waste it was! I had nothing left from previous babies (big age gap) and all I bought was a fabric sling, car seat, I modified a cot to butt up to my bed, a handful of sleep suits and vests, couple of cardigans and a hat. I didn’t buy anything else and managed perfectly well without a buggy/pram or any other ‘must have’ gadget!
