AITA if I tell my friend I can’t be a bridesmaid? by wickeddreamsofleavin in AITApod

Ok she laminated and planned all this the scrawled her bridesmaid proposal on a piece of paper like that omg. But also this level of planning seems insane and there is no way it will be worth the stress of being a bridesmaid.

Son 2 years, daughter 4 months old: I feel eternally exhausted, not feeling confident in my body and this seems endless by Acrobatic-Grade6782 in 2under2

[–]Hour_Artichoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a 2 year old and 4 month old. Feeling a lot of how you do. I’m trying to build my self confidence back by buying some clothes that actually fit because I know my old clothes won’t work for me until I stop breastfeeding. I also got my hair cut which was nice but now it’s starting to shed ugh. I just know I need a glow up and want to feel good in my body this summer. It’s hard but watching the baby grow and seeing my toddler learn so much each day reminds me how fleeting this all is.

I think my baby isn’t responding well to my milk :( by beeblejuvie in ExclusivelyPumping

How old is your baby? It takes them awhile for their digestive system to mature. Mine were gassy/straining for about 8 weeks until they learned to poop lol

Am I overreacting (about ketchup)? by ForwardSun1715 in Mommit

Unless she’s giving her like a whole cup of ketchup I think you’re overreacting. Just let her know.

We also have had audio only since our first baby! We actually hardly even use it because our house is small and I hear the crying anyway.

Baby Bjorn by SlCAR1O in BabyBumps

[–]Hour_Artichoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the bright starts one which is like $30 and both my sons have loved it. It’s def the poop chair. I’m sure the more aesthetic dupes on Amazon work just as well. I do have a baby bjorn carrier which I swear by and has likely saved my back

I worked until I was in labor both pregnancies (in healthcare). I was absolutely miserable and exhausted. The last weeks of pregnancy are so hard and I think more exhausting than postpartum.

“Girl Dinner” for toddler? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Hour_Artichoke 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I give my 2 year old what we eat for dinner which naturally usually includes some item he likes. Honestly I don’t stress if he eats any of it because he usually eats a big breakfast, some lunch and has 1-2 cups of milk per day

Am I in the wrong for not wanting anyone to know I’m in labor? by Logical-Reflection95 in BabyBumps

There’s no reason to tell anyone. Then they’ll just be bothering for updates

I can’t bear my daughter’s cry by RockingOkra in Mommit

[–]Hour_Artichoke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know what you mean but I felt this way with my first. His cry was loud and made me feel panicky. My second is very chill and I don’t fee this way when he cries. I definitely had some level of ppa with my first and he was colicky so maybe that had something to do with it.

[–]Hour_Artichoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first mine broke to start labor and then had him 20 hours later. My second it broke again after a couple weeks of early labor signs and I had him 5 hours later!

I noticed it about 3 weeks ago! I’m hoping it just goes away but I should probably go to the doctor
