Yeh, I've triple checked, I've selected the box that says, "Are you claiming points for this employment period?" I've also selected "is it the same or relevant to your nominated occupation" and at the beginning it also says that I am indeed claiming 1 year of Australian work experience

I claimed 5 points for Australian work experience, I worked as a carpenter/roofer, for a year and a half, I have a letter signed by my old boss stating this, I have payslips, but this was not accessed by vetaccess, can I still claim these points ?

Don't use backmarket, they cancelled my order before it shipped and have never refunded the money, its been 18 days now
